Cape Agulhas / Struisbaai – 82 ON MAIN
Cape Agulhas, the southernmost tip of Africa, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Indian Ocean is located about 170km southeast of Cape Town.
As we always try to make an effort in taking our pets along when we go away for a few days, we have decided to declare our beach house pet friendly!
82 on Main is a modern, newly built house, situated within a short walking distance from the beach.
The house is very practical for children and dogs of all ages and provides the ideal base for a laidback holiday. Kindly note, that although the (paved) backyard is enclosed, one boundary wall is not very high i.e. approx. 0.8 m.
About the house:
The house features a general open living space with an indoor braai and a fully equipped kitchen/scullery (microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and washing machine).

In addition to the indoor braai, there is also an outside covered braai area sheltered from the wind.
(Please bring your own braai wood. Grid is supplied)
Sleeping arrangements: – this self-catering house sleeps 1-6 people
Main bedroom: Double bed. Full en-suite bathroom.
Bedrooms 2 and 3: Two Single beds in each room. They share a full bathroom.
Linen provided please bring own towels.
PET POLICY: All dogs, cats and caged birds welcome all year round. (for dogs, please note that although the (paved) backyard is enclosed, the boundary wall is only 80cm high). Pets sleep inside; bring own pet beds, bedding and bowls. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be free of ticks and fleas. Enclosed paved back yard and easy access to walks. Close to the beach! Pets stay FREE however a non-refundable cleaning fee of R300 is applicable per stay. DOGGIE DAMAGES DEPOSIT required: NONE however, a general refundable damages deposit of R1500 is applicable.
Bookings are subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights.
