Take leisurely strolls along the long, white, sandy beaches and watch them run and play whilst the sun sets on our magical town. Our well-appointed and discerning beach houses and studios offer the comforts of home and more, have a light and airy atmosphere and feature magnificent sea views and spectacular vistas. They have beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, the finest linen and quality towels and fully-equipped kitchens.
On the outside private access, individual patios with braai or barbeque facilities, undercover parking and direct entry to private walkways down to the beach, all add to a feeling of privacy without detracting from the sense of space of this charming and rustic location. Each beach house has satellite DSTV (Hotel DSTV package, including sports channels, kykNET, MNET, Movie Channel, BBC, Disney Channel and National Geographic) and Wi-Fi Internet access.
All La Baleine beach houses and studios are 4 Star accredited by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa.
Pet Policy
We are more than happy to welcome your dogs to enjoy the time away with you. This will be at an additional once-off fee of R190. Please note that not all units are pet friendly, so please do enquire. Kindly note that all beds, bowls and food will have to be provided by yourselves. We regret, we cannot accept any dogs younger than 6 months old and only 2 dogs per unit.
