Set in a stunning Eco Estate this is a fabulous house for those wanting to be close to the beach, wine farms and all that Somerset West has to offer. The estate has huge open spaces to roam, with walking/running trails, look outs, picnic areas and a dam to swim, or fish (catch and release). Full 24hr security so relax and enjoy the vast views across False Bay and the sunset over Table Mountain. The house has broadband WiFi Internet, every comfort one could want and fantastic views from all rooms.
This large and spacious house offers incredible views from the lounge and open plan dining area. Each bedroom is very spacious and comfortable, with its own TV for lazy mornings, and balconies to enjoy the views from. Two en suite bathrooms, extra sofa beds and comfortable chairs complete the picture. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need and the lounge comes complete with 60″ Smart TV, DSTV and Netflix.
There is an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen all with amazing views onto the deck, mountains and ocean. Equipped with an electric oven and gas stove, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, microwave, double fridge freezer, extra fridge and dishwasher. Fully stocked with all cutlery, crockery and glassware. Laundry room contains washing machine and tumble dryer. Lounge comes complete with leather sofas, large 60� smart TV with DSTV connection and Netflix capabilities, and coffee table. Dining table easily seats 10 people.
The outdoor entertaining area comes equipped with sun loungers, lazy chairs and a large outdoor table and chair set (all with cushions and umbrellas). The swimming pool has lazing beach steps, as well as a children’s splash pool.
The property has private parking and has space for 7 cars. Driving around the neighbourhood is easy and safe. The Estate comes with 24hr security and is safe for children to roam around and enjoy. There is a children’s play area within the estate and multiple dog walking trails.
The garden is fully enclosed and large enough to keep pets and children safe and happy. Dogs of all sizes are welcome. They are free to enjoy the garden, and the multiple walks around the estate. Garden wraps around the property, giving one both front and back areas to enjoy.
There are antelope and otters in the estate, along with many species of birds and fantastic plant life. The dam is great to enjoy on sunny days and picnic spots in the estate have amazing views.
Pet Policy:
All dog breeds, cats and caged birds are welcome all year round. Pets sleep in room. Beds and bowls provided. Dogs and cats must be tick and flea free on arrival. Enclosed garden / run available. Access to walks on estate and on a nearby petfriendly beach. No doggie damages deposit. Pets stay FREE.
